Profile
“I believe that mind, body, and spirit must authentically be aligned for maximum health.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I attended Drew University for my BA in zoology and sociology and Fairleigh Dickinson University for my MA in clinical counseling/psychology. I am a member of the American Counseling Association and Psi Chi National Honor Society. I hold a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor specialization.
What should someone know about working with you?
I believe that mind, body, and spirit must authentically be aligned for maximum health. I offer individual therapy for ages 17 and above. I can help with depression, anxiety, substance use, life transitions, and more. Together, let’s begin a journey to get to know the best possible you.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
During this time of access to mental health via teletherapy, I am humbly honored to assist clients in their journey.
