Profile
“My passion is supporting individuals in identifying and attaining their full potential and I am a strong believer in having a trusting and therapeutic relationship with your therapist.”
What should someone know about working with you?
My passion is supporting individuals in identifying and attaining their full potential and I am a strong believer in having a trusting and therapeutic relationship with your therapist. I offer a free consultation for us to determine if our therapist-client dynamic is feasible for meeting treatment goals. My approach is strength-based and client-centered.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
I am really excited and grateful to see how mental health is gradually being destigmatized in communities of color. As more people begin to talk about their mental and emotional struggles and challenges, it will become the norm for people to seek a therapist as casually as they would a medical doctor. I strongly believe therapy can be beneficial to anyone who is open and willing to trust the process.
“My approach is strength-based and client-centered.”
