“I am a Christian therapist and when appropriate, I incorporate faith-based ideas into my practice.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
Social Work was my first career path. In fact, what drew me to social work was my passion for helping others, particularly adolescents. I strongly believe that with the right support system, children can thrive. I look forward to being a part of my client’s support system and establishing a therapeutic relationship in order to bring about change. My experience within a school setting, a residential treatment center, foster care placement, and an outpatient hospitalization program has helped me to further develop as a social worker and hone in on my clinical skills.
