“I have experience in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and both supportive and traditional psychotherapy.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I have worked extensively within healthcare, assuming various roles throughout my years of work. I have experience in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and both supportive and traditional psychotherapy. This experience has allowed me to develop a profound respect for clients seeking ways to heal both their physical and emotional wounds.
What should someone know about working with you?
My style is best described as client-centered and responsive. I keep track of agreed-upon goals and the client’s progress throughout the course of treatment. Tasks and assignments are only given when relevant to the goals of treatment.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
While the ideal will always be an in-person encounter with clients, the emergence of telehealth has created greater accessibility and flexibility for individuals who might not be able to adhere to a structured schedule.
