Profile
“By working with me, you will be heard, supported, and empowered while developing confidence in addressing problems when they arise.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
From a very early age, I had an affinity for mental health and wellness. I envisioned a career in this field and have worked hard to accomplish a childhood dream. I always had a desire to help others and knew that I wanted to continue on that path.
What should someone know about working with you?
My goal is to help guide you along the way. By working with me, you will be heard, supported, and empowered while developing confidence in addressing problems when they arise. My goal is not just to help you live but to help you thrive through this journey of life!
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I am a trauma-informed therapist. I continuously attend evidence-based training, such as those in EMDR and CBT, so I can continue to provide the best services to my clients. I also collaborate with other professionals involved in my client’s treatment so collectively, we can strive to provide a holistic approach.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
Telehealth is an effective and convenient approach to therapy. You are able to access high quality care from the comfort of your own home.
“My goal is not just to help you live but to help you thrive through this journey of life!”
