Profile
“I believe each person has their own pace, and I am willing to find therapies and strategies that work for you.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I started my career in psychology and counseling after I experienced a suicide in my family. This gave me the courage to make changes for myself and help people around me who were also suffering from grief, loss, and depression. I'm an advocate for mental health issues, a proud adoptee, and a supporter of the arts. I have a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. I have been working with individuals, teens, and families for over 10 years. I utilize CBT, DBT, and somatic practices.
What should someone know about working with you?
I believe each person has their own pace, and I am willing to find therapies and strategies that work for you. I am straightforward and want to help you reach your goals while holding you accountable for your work in therapy.
