“Understanding how to communicate in more than one manner and more than one platform made me more curious about helping individuals with their different parts.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
The art of nonverbal communication in theater has drawn me to therapy. Understanding how to communicate in more than one manner and more than one platform made me more curious about helping individuals with their different parts.
What should someone know about working with you?
Progress isn’t linear; when working with me, we take our time and work at your pace. Feel a little reserved or have reservations? No worries! We will work together through your blocks.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
I think the most exciting aspect is knowing that people are more open to therapy and being transparent. It’s great that we are able to go beyond talk therapy and incorporate various forms of art to help unpack our pain.
