Profile
“I use my years of experience to help you feel empowered and in better control of your life.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I worked as the chief psychologist at a major teaching hospital for many years where I provided clinical services to children, adults, and families. As a supervisor, I have helped scores of up- and-coming counselors become seasoned therapists. I have advanced training in individual, group, and family therapy.
What should someone know about working with you?
I take a collaborative and empathic approach to my work. In the first few meetings, we will establish goals to help you gain more insight and clarity. I use my years of experience to help you feel empowered and in better control of your life.
How do your own core values shape your approach to therapy?
Relationships are foundational. I will help you identify your abilities and apply them to your advantage while also providing you with support.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
Telehealth is very exciting because it provides easy accessibility to talented professionals.
Is change possible?
Yes! Change is ongoing and transformational. It is a process of life that is challenging but rewarding and I will be there along the way to support you on your journey.
