“I'm straightforward, nonjudgmental, and I see you for who you really are deep down.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I am human, just like you. I’ve always thrived on making connections with others and I wanted to help others because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, anxious, scared, or not “good” enough. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked at a myriad of other places, from a prominent law firm to a business consulting firm to a top hedge fund. I found satisfaction in being compensated well and enjoying all the perks that came along with the job but something inside told me this wasn't where I needed to be. I knew there was something MORE waiting for me. When the 2008 crash came, I took that as an opportunity to re-root and change the trajectory of my life. Leaving my job and taking a leap was one of the scariest things I've ever done. But I’ve spent a lot of time, energy, and money on my own personal growth and believe it’s the best investment anyone can make.
What should someone know about working with you?
I'm straightforward, nonjudgmental, and I see you for who you really are deep down. I enjoy finding the strengths in clients who have their blinders on. I can help you see what’s already working well for you and connect the dots on those patterns you keep circling. I see through the complexity and get straight to the heart, allowing me to address what’s really holding you back and allowing new possibilities to begin.
Are you ready?
The moment you decide that you're ready to make some shifts in your life is a moment bursting with possibilities.
