Profile
“I truly believe that people have the power to heal, allowing the real possibility of happiness, joy, and personal understanding.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I truly believe that people have the power to heal, allowing the real possibility of happiness, joy, and personal understanding. In my private practice for over 30 years, I’ve learned that what makes our work together successful is my ability to support your path to discovery and healing with comfort, clarity, courage, and compassion.
What should someone know about working with you?
I work with individuals and couples. Progress is the ability to acquire new found growth and perspective. I offer a complimentary 15-minute initial telephone consultation.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I have completed specialized training at the Training Institute of Mental Health in New York City and training in Susan Johnson's emotionally-focused therapy for couples. I also attend continuing education courses annually.
