Profile
“Experience working in schools, inpatient crisis units, and private practice settings has shown me that all individuals from all walks of life need support at different times.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
Experience working in schools, inpatient crisis units, and private practice settings has shown me that all individuals from all walks of life need support at different times. Since I was a child, I have enjoyed meeting new people and hearing their stories.
What should someone know about working with you?
No one person responds to the exact same interventions; I work to tailor therapy to fit your needs while also utilizing evidence-based practices.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
As the mental health field continues to change and grow, I aim to learn and improve my practice. I am interested in continuing to build my knowledge in evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
“Since I was a child, I have enjoyed meeting new people and hearing their stories.”
