What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I continue to take continuing education courses, attend workshops, and complete training so that I can provide the most effective and updated service to my clients.

At my core, I believe that everyone deserves a space to express their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment or condemnation. My role is to support and uplift.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
I am excited about telehealth providing everyone with the opportunity to create their own space of release, relief, and growth.
