“I operate from a person-centered foundation and employ a variety of different evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I am a licensed mental health counselor with over seven years of experience. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, mood disturbances, adjustment problems, depression, stress management, social skills challenges, relational difficulties, and self-esteem issues. I operate from a person-centered foundation and employ a variety of different evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I believe in working in partnership with my clients while offering warmth, support, and consistency. Together, we will embark on a journey to identify your goals, decide on methods of achievement, and realize your potential.
What should someone know about working with you?
Setting firm and measurable goals is an important part of the therapeutic process. Together, we will set goals to reference and assist us in tracking progress throughout your journey.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I regularly participate in continuing education opportunities, workshops, and lectures.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
I am excited to be able to provide telehealth at this time and into the future. Telehealth provides flexibility and accessibility for clients.
