Profile
“I work with clients using a strengths-based approach.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I had the privilege of working at a nonprofit organization, providing after-school services to the children in my community. It was there that I gained an interest in social services and mental health. I have worked in various settings providing case management, preventive services, and psychotherapy. I have extensive experience providing therapy to individuals with a history of trauma.
What should someone know about working with you?
I work with clients using a strengths-based approach. I believe that my purpose is to help my clients identify their strengths and fortify them in order to achieve their goals in treatment as well as in other areas of their lives.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
I am excited to be able to provide mental health services to clients via telehealth. Telehealth provides access to mental health services to a wider range of clients who may not be able to attend in-person therapy due to their busy schedules.
