Profile
“We are all wired for connection and it is through relationships that we can experience transformative healing.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I spent the first half of my career working in the communications industry. I enjoyed collaborating with people and discovered a true passion for making genuine, authentic connections with others. I decided to pursue licensure as a therapist as a way to combine the power of connection with the healing process. We are all wired for connection and it is through relationships that we can experience transformative healing. It is an incredible privilege to hold space for a person and hear their story.
What should someone know about working with you?
Keep in mind that progress is not linear. It is helpful to know that the work we'll be doing together requires practice and patience. You can expect to be provided with resources to use throughout the week in between our sessions.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
I am excited to offer telehealth to clients who may find it difficult to meet for in-person sessions.
