What was your path to becoming a mental health provider?

My life experience has taught me that progress toward goals inevitably involves hurdles, re-evaluation, and the support of others. I strive to blend my 30+ years of clinical experience with the best available knowledge. I guide clients toward learning new coping skills in the here and now through the use of a solution-focused approach.
