“As a therapist, I pay close attention to the details in an effort to fully understand a client's unique experience.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
As a therapist, I pay close attention to the details in an effort to fully understand a client's unique experience. I understand how difficult it is for a person to deal with negative thinking patterns and I am here to offer a helping hand in hopes of improving your quality of life. It is worth making the connection and considering professional help.
What should someone know about working with you?
My approach is a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and caring way of being. Working with me can give you clarity about the past and a new understanding of yourself in the present so you can build a brighter future. If we work together, you will be able to understand yourself more deeply so that you can heal, grow, and make positive changes.
How do you define a successful session?
Success is something therapists like to see in their individual sessions. However, success can be measured in different ways and each person has their own journey. The purpose of therapy is to address thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are interfering with your daily routine. Success happens when you as a client are growing, you are recognizing your unhelpful beliefs and thoughts, and you are addressing them. Success happens when you are learning new skills and making lasting positive change.
