When you visit our Platform or use our Services and it is not for a telehealth visit, visiting your
Alma client account, or anything related to your receiving healthcare services, Alma processes
certain personal information, and this Privacy Notice explains how Alma uses that information. This
could be, for example, when you visit the Website to read about Alma’s services or when you search
the Website for Alma’s history or values.

networks allow us to target our messaging to users through demographic, interest-based, and

Who may use the Services?
Our Services and Platform is available exclusively to users within the United States.
Alma is subject to state and federal laws and regulations, and the Platform or some of the Services
may not be available in your state. You represent that you are not barred from enrolling for or
using the Platform or Services under the laws of the United States or any other jurisdiction(s) in
which you may be located. Access to and use of the Platform and the Services is limited exclusively
to users located in states within the United States where the Platform and the Services are
available. The Platform and the Services are not available to users located outside the United
States. Accessing the Platform or obtaining the Services from jurisdictions where content is
illegal, or where we do not offer the Platform or Services, is prohibited.

Our Platform is not designed for or targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and children under the age of 13

Alma understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world.
