Ailaf Darfoor is a compassionate psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who provides evidence-based care across all age groups. She creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. She is passionate about women’s mental health, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and supporting neurodiverse individuals toward emotional wellness and growth.
