Alena Josephson, LMFT, IMHE has over a decade of experience supporting young children & Families. She specializes in children ages 3-10 as well as caregivers in the perinatal/post partum periods. Using an attachment based, relational approach, she helps caregivers transition into parenthood, understand behaviors heal from trauma or stress and build calmer, more connected homes.
