Profile
“I use a person-centered therapy approach that tailors your therapy to meet your specific needs with a variety of therapeutic techniques.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Hofstra University and obtained my master’s degree in social work from Long Island University. I have worked in multiple settings and areas, including substance abuse, personality disorders, children with autism, elder care, and medical social work. Working in a multitude of areas has broadened my horizon as a professional and enhanced my knowledge of therapeutic techniques.
What should someone know about working with you?
Every person is unique and no process should be exactly the same. I use a person-centered therapy approach that tailors your therapy to meet your specific needs with a variety of therapeutic techniques. I am passionate about supporting each client as they rewrite their story and setting them up for success in their next journey.
