“I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, social skills, behavioral issues, and relationship issues.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I have over 12 years of professional experience in the field of recovery from substance dependency. I have served the recovery community as a primary therapist for over 10 years and as a clinical director since obtaining licensure in 2015. My professional expertise has grown to include working with individuals in the areas of trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and personality disorders. I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, social skills, behavioral issues, and relationship issues.
What should someone know about working with you?
My nonjudgmental and empathic approach helps clients develop self-awareness, identify healthy coping skills, and use effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. If you are seeking extra support and guidance through challenging situations, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
