Amelia Exner is a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with individual adults. Amelia works from an empathetic, curious, and holistic perspective in which each client's experiences and goals are honored and explored. Amelia's approach combines elements of psychodynamic and Jungian psychotherapy as well as mindfulness and compassion-based practices.
