“My path to becoming a therapist started when my mother died when I was 10.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
My path to becoming a therapist started when my mother died when I was 10. I was supported in my grief by therapists and psychiatrists, which sparked my interest in helping others as I was helped.
What should someone know about working with you?
My goal is to help my clients change their lives by changing and reframing their stories toward what they desire.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
My commitment to constant and never-ending improvement gives me more tools to help others in their search for growth and change.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
Now that remote therapy can be used to provide help and support, we can impact more people and allow them to receive services.
