Dr. Carmelle K. Cime, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is the founder of Safe Harbor Holistic Care PLLC. She provides compassionate, evidence-based telepsychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life stressors. Her goal is to create a supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journeys.
