“I work with people like you, people who have had enough of letting external factors dictate their feelings, walking on eggshells in their relationships, being their worst critic, and letting their past determine their future.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I had a very helpful therapist as a teenager and I knew therapy would be my career path as soon as I learned first-hand how effective it can be.
What should someone know about working with you?
No need to worry: I don't give homework :). I work with people like you, people who have had enough of letting external factors dictate their feelings, walking on eggshells in their relationships, being their worst critic, and letting their past determine their future.
How do your own core values shape your approach to therapy?
I believe people can benefit greatly from quality therapy. Too often people view therapy as a shameful endeavor, something only “crazy” people do. No myth has ever been further from the truth! The truth is quality therapy will transform your life in ways you could never imagine possible. Despite how difficult it may be to see right now, you will surprise yourself and everyone in your life by what you become.
