I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker born and raised in Los Angeles and a first-generation Latina. I earned my MSW from USC and have extensive experience in public and community mental health. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and burnout, using a collaborative, culturally responsive, and skills-based approach.
