What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I have always wanted to be a therapist; it was a dream of mine after receiving life-changing treatment as a teen. I care deeply about my clients because I know how it feels to sit where you are. I am a certified yoga instructor and value the mind-body connection. While I have worked in many settings, I strive to create a comfortable and effective telehealth experience for my clients.
What should someone know about working with you?
I support you in becoming a happier and healthier you. We focus on the changes that YOU want to make. Success in therapy is defined by you. I have helped many people achieve a greater sense of calm, happiness, and interpersonal effectiveness and I am confident that we can be successful in this endeavor together.
How do your core values shape your approach to therapy?
As a yogi, I value both the individual and the collective. I seek to enhance who you are internally and to foster growth in your relationships and community.

I love the accessibility of telehealth! I seek to create an effective and relaxing experience.
