Denise Carballea is a clinical neuropsychologist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist who works with adults affected by stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, ADHD, and other neurological conditions. She provides evaluations, therapy, and cognitive rehabilitation for cognitive concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment to life changes.
