Derek Bacharach

Derek Bacharach utilizes a trauma-informed approach with both adult individuals and couples who are trying to understand their relationships with others and themselves. Derek has advanced training in complex trauma and narcissistic abuse. He helps clients with emotional safety, attachment wounds, regulation, infidelity, ADHD and the intergenerational transmission of stress.
