Dexter Tenison

Dexter Tenison is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. He received both his Master of Nursing and Bachelor of Nursing degrees from the University of North Alabama. He is nationally certified as a PMHNP through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). He has experience in outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth psych settings.
