I help women break free from anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Together, we’ll build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with your true self. I also provide play therapy for children dealing with anxiety, big feelings, or social challenges. Sessions are available in Cedar Hill and online across Texas.
