Ellis Kim has undergone specialized training in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), a time limited treatment with a substantial evidence base for improving insomnia. He integrates his background in mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients learn ways to promote falling or returning to sleep after middle of the night wake-ups.
