Sonny Meno-Gutierrez is a licensed counselor and board-certified art therapist with experience in behavioral health beginning in 2013. He uses an integrative framework informed by Psychodynamic, Adlerian, Rogerian and Feminist theories. He uses psychodynamic discussion, art therapy and Brainspotting to support individuals in discovering and regulating their authentic selves.
