Dr. Henry B. Hartman is a psychologist licensed in New York and Florida with many years of experience working in a variety of settings with diverse populations. He is a member of the medical staff at White Plains Hospital and is certified by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services to perform forensic evaluations for DWI and substance-related offenses.
