Henry Parsons Palmer III

Chip Palmer is an experienced clinical social worker who has worked in outpatient mental health and addiction services for over 30 years. His passion is working with individuals who have suffered from the consequences of making poor, high-risk decisions. These decisions have resulted in a variety of dilemmas.
