Jayme Helgeson

I self-identify as a neurodivergent, cisgendered and BIPOC ally. Over my two decades of experience, I have used my skill at instant rapport to work with clients using CBT and a trauma-informed approach. I enjoy trail running and I am currently training for a 100-mile ultra marathon (in the Crazy Mountain range in Montana).
