I make an effort to understand my client’s worldview and how it has shaped their identity.
Have you done any research-based work that you found particularly exciting? How does it inform your practice today?
My dissertation focus was on how adults exhibit resilience from childhood trauma.
What area of research in mental health do you find most compelling?
I find the field of epigenetics fascinating. This is the idea that life experience can influence how our genes are expressed.
