Jeffrey Proctor's specialties are ADHD, Christian counseling and Third Culture kids. Third Culture kids are those who have been raised in countries outside of their parent's passport countries. This includes, missionary kids, military brats, business expat kids, diplomat kids, and immigrant kids. His approach is a gentle approach that helps the client attune to their emotions.
