Karie brings a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy, integrating mindfulness and yoga-informed practices to support emotional regulation and overall well-being. Karie is trained in Adlerian therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), as well as somatic experiencing and polyvagal-informed approaches to stress and nervous system regulation.
