I'm an LCSW who loves collaborating with people to find tools and practices to manage internal struggles and navigate systemic stressors. I grew up in the Midwest and am now reside in Charlotte, NC. I’m dedicated to supporting marginalized communities including women, LGBT, and BIPOC individuals. Outside of work, I'm walking my dogs, relaxing by the water, or watching Netflix.
