I was formally trained in psychodynamic theory, although I am eclectic in my practice. I believe that each individual has unique needs and will strive to meet individual needs by taking an integrative and fluid approach. I also believe in cultural humility and recognize how social, cultural, and historical factors can impact the therapeutic space.
