Lila Tally is a licensed clinical social worker experienced in issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, and relationships. Trained in relational and psychodynamic perspectives, Lila believes in the importance of examining how our past informs our present so that we feel empowered to make new choices moving forward.
