What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I am a professional school counselor (grades PK-12) and a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I have a diverse background working in schools and in private practice. I am particularly versed in working with clients with anxiety and depression.
What should someone know about working with you?
I am particularly interested in using cognitive behavioral approaches to help build self-esteem, self-awareness, and healthy habits. I look at therapy as a collaboration and a gateway to future successes!
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
I am excited to provide quality telehealth services for you or your child. Telehealth is just as beneficial as in-person therapy!
