I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and New York State–certified School Counselor. My practice is grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. I believe in treating the whole person—mind and body—and place a strong emphasis on the connection between emotional well-being and physical health.
