Nisha Umesh

Nisha Umesh is a licensed mental health counselor in NYC. She works with people of color, LGBTQIA+ folks, and neurodivergent (or neurospicy) clients, often those who've had therapy before and left feeling unseen. Her approach is attachment-based and trauma-focused, and she is EMDR-trained for acute and complex trauma. She believes healing begins in relationship first and foremost.
