“I believe in being honest and accepting of oneself and others.”
What was your path to becoming a therapist?
I initially considered other helping professions, such as veterinary medicine and speech-language pathology, but I realized my calling was to be a good listener and help people live happy and healthy lives.
What should someone know about working with you?
I'm a compassionate, honest, and goal-oriented therapist.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I take training every few months on different mental health topics and I listen to podcasts on my specialty areas.
How do your core values shape your approach to therapy?
I believe in being honest and accepting of oneself and others. These values allow me to be genuine with my clients and to gently help them learn to do the same.
