Profile
“Therapy should be tailored specifically to you and provided in a warm, nonjudgmental environment.”
What should someone know about working with you?
I enjoy working with individuals and couples. Therapy should be tailored specifically to you and provided in a warm, nonjudgmental environment. I listen to your needs and together, we find the best plan to help you reach your goals.
What do you do to continue learning and building competencies as a provider?
I love learning. I have done extensive training in different modalities and continue to look for learning opportunities. I love to look for resources to recommend to my clients when pertinent.
What are you most excited about within the evolving mental health landscape?
Telehealth has broadened access to mental health care in rural areas and helped people who are homebound have access to care. I am excited to see the positive impact this modality will make in the future.
