I am originally from California. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from UC Davis . I then moved to Portland and graduated from Lewis and Clark College with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist. I have training in Exposure and Response Prevention. I am LGBTQ+ , sex positive, and Health At Every Size affirming!
