Roy Allan Elevazo

Roy Elevazo is a board-certified adult psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. His primary focus is on pharmacotherapy to support mental health treatment. He completed a Bachelor of Nursing in 2005 and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2012 at California State University, Long Beach. He graduated with honors and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
